India has one of the largest child populations in the world. This population needs quality education to lead a productive life. This is important as an educated population is able to lead prosperous lives and also guide their future generations to better lives. This educated generation also helps the economy of a country in various ways. Unfortunately, underprivileged children in different parts of the country are unable to get access to the same opportunities as other children in India. Let us understand the reason behind the same holistically.
Education, or शिक्षा, has been the core of the Indian education system for thousands of years. Earlier, it used to be gained through oral or written mediums; these days, it is provided through the modern education system. Although there are various education boards, access to education for all the children, especially the rural children, is difficult. This is the reason underprivileged children need education help. Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust (R.S.C.T.) is one such education NGO that supports all the underprivileged children in India. Below are the major campaigns that support the same.
Good health is the foundation for a better life. For the children of growing age, it is more important as it helps them in their mental and physical growth. But for millions of children in India, malnourishment is an unfortunate reality. There are many reasons for the same, ranging from poverty to the different diet standards of the region, but ultimately, children are the ones who face the loss. This impacts their growth and, therefore, their academic performance. For this reason, Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust. started meal distribution drives for the children in the hinterlands of India. This increases the chances of malnourished children getting regular meals and, therefore, an opportunity for a better life.
Various tools support education. These tools can be easily available for the children in the cities. But for many needy students, this can be a luxury they cannot afford. As these tools are essential, Riddhi Siddhi Charitable Trust works tirelessly for the distribution of stationery for children in need. This translates into various stationery campaigns around the year for rural or needy children. These distribution campaigns consist of pencils, pens, erasers, notebooks, etc., which in turn help these young students get proper education. Our volunteers are our steady support who help in these campaigns and support the cause.
Education is the surest way to get people out of poverty, and in India, it has already transformed millions of lives. But countless children still lack access to consistent, quality education. But to help the children get a consistent and proper education, we need your help. Although there are many education charity organisations in India, the need for this cause is much larger. Not only do we need proper support to make this possible, but we also envision providing free education to deserving children. Help us provide education support to children in need.
